1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
2. Moreover, the service can save information on connection parameters (time stamp, computer IP address).
3. Data provided in forms are not disclosed to third parties otherwise than at the user's consent.
4. Data provided in forms can constitute a collection of potential customers entered by the Service Operator into a register kept by the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.
5. Data provided in a given form are processed for purposes resulting from the function of the form, e.g. to handle a servicing notification or for the needs of commercial contacts.
6. Data provided in forms can be disclosed to entities providing certain technical services – in particular, it concerns the transfer of information on the owner of a registered domain to entities being operators of Internet domains (primarily Naukowa i Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa j.b.r. – NASK), payment handling services or other entities with which the Service Operator collaborates in this respect.


C. Information on cookies
1. The service uses cookie files.
2. Cookie files (the so-called 'cookies') are IT data, especially text files, which are stored on the Service User's device and the purpose of which is to enable the use the web pages of the Service. Cookies usually include the name of the web page from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the user's device and a unique number.
3. The entity placing cookie files on the Service User's device and obtaining access to them is the Service Operator.
4. Cookie files are used for the following purposes:
a. to create statistics that help us to understand how Service Users use web pages, which allows us to improve their structure and content;
b. to maintain the Service User's session (after logging on), thanks to which the User does not have to enter the login and password on each subpage;
c. to determine user profile in order to display customized materials in advertising networks to him/her, in particular in Google.

1. Information on certain user behaviour is logged in the server layer. These data are used only to administer the service and to ensure the most efficient provision of hosting services.
2. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. Additionally, the following data can be saved:
a. time of receiving an enquiry,
b. time of sending the reply,
c. client station name – identification by HTTP protocol,
d. information on errors appearing during a HTTP transaction,
e. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (refer link) – in case when the Service is entered via a reference link,
f. information on the user's browser,
g. information on the IP address.
3. The above-mentioned data are not linked to specific persons browsing web pages.
4. The above-mentioned data are used only for the purposes of the server administration.


E. Data disclosure
1. Data are disclosed to external companies only to the degree permitted by law.
2. Data enabling the identification of a natural person are disclosed only at this person's consent.
3. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Service to authorized bodies in accordance with legitimate requests.


F. Managing cookies – how to grant and withdraw the consent in practice?
1. If the user does not want to receive cookies, he/she can change the browser settings. We would like to point out that disabling cookies necessary for the processes of authentication, security and maintaining user preferences can obstruct and – in extreme cases – even prevent from using www pages.
